NEW FEATURE

Edit attributes cross catalog

Thanks to this feature, the work of copywriters and translators becomes even faster!
Now it is possible to edit, at the same time, product attributes in common with other catalogs:

1. Open the Detail Panel of the product or products you want to edit
2. Use the “Select Catalog” dropdown to select one or all catalogs to work on.
3. Now you will be able to simultaneously edit the fields cross catalogs.

When the “Cross-catalog” mode is on, the icons and the catalog selector label change to blue.
However, it is possible that some fields are not in common with all selected catalogs; in this case the counter, located at the top right of each field, helps you reporting the number of catalogs matched. (ex: 1/2). At the counter hover you can also see what catalog is not matched to that attribute.

NEW FEATURE

Conditional attributes

We have introduced conditional attributes, which are those dictionary attributes that, given a selected value, condition the list of values of the next dictionary attribute.

For example, if from the Macrocolor field, you select the value “RED,” from the next attribute list Microcolor, you can only choose values that are matched with the color “RED,” i.e., “SCARLET RED,” “PURPLE RED,” etc.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT

Redesigned Main Bar

The new organization allows better use of the tools in the Main Bar:
To the left of the Main bar is the company name, which becomes a drop-down menu in case you need to switch between companies. Next to the company name we find the menu to navigate all SeeCommerce sections. To the right you find notifications related to editing product information, assignment/quote notifications, video conferencing, information related to the latest updates and SeeCommerce copyright, and finally the personal profile area.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT & NEW FEATURE

Redesigned Set Management

The management of all Sets (Filter Set, Column Set, Fields Set) has been improved.
A “Create a new set” button is now, with which you can start, from scratch, to create your first set or later sets.
Clicking on “Create a new Set” button then opens the editing panel in which you can rename the set and choose all the attributes that are going to be part of it. These are easily searchable and organized by typology (Master, Planning, Editorial, etc). Once the configuration is complete, using the “return” button in the upper right corner, you save your selection and return to the main screen where you can configure another set.
All sets can be edited, deleted and duplicated at any time.

Filter set: saving the applied filter specific to the Set

A new function has been introduced in the Filter Set to make it even more functional: From now on, each active filter is saved in the set to which it belongs. This makes it possible to have multiple Sets with different searches, which remain saved until changed.

In the filter set, attributes valorized for searching are always recognizable through an icon. When they are valorized, they cannot be removed.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT

“Upload Media After Ready” Badge

The badge design is useful to indicate that new media have been uploaded to a view that already contains ready media. From now on, you can easily recognize this case in the grid, as a yellow badge with the world crossed out.

DESIGN IMPROVEMENT

Detail Panel: Image zoom

The media zoom opens by clicking on the highlight image. To close the zoom, instead, simply click on the arrow in the upper right corner, visible in the zoom area.
